If your Frameholic frame(s) shows up with any defects or you're not completely satisfied, let us know immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right.
If any frame(s) arrives with visible defects in craftsmanship, or the frame was not made to fit the specifications you provided during your order, we will exchange the frame(s) entirely free of charge provided you let us know about any issue within 7 days of receiving the frame(s). After 7 days we assume you are happy with your order and can no longer provide exchanges. We cannot accept exchanges if the frame(s) arrives as ordered and without any visible defects because every frame is custom and it is made specifically for you.
